The crust has a chewy, soft top and a crunchy bottom. The main reason why I love Leonardo's pizza is the dense crust.
The veggies are plentiful, and I love the chunks of tomato that are mixed into the sauce. I always get the veggie on wheat, and I don't get it because it's "healthy." The wheat crust tastes rich, nutty, and dense.
Food: The pizza is fabulous! I don't care if it's authentic Chicago pizza or not. The owner is there all the time, and he recognizes our family and asks us how we are doing. You seat yourself, but the staff regularly checks the tables to see if there is anyone new. The bathrooms need some renovation, but they are relatively clean.
